| 1. Any discrepancies on orders
must be reported within 7 days of the date of shipment.
2. All returns must have a RMA form filled out and
approved. Materials must be returned within 30 days of the
date on the RMA form or thed RMA will be void. A copy of
the RMA must be with the material returned.
3. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the material
that is returned in its original package, complete and in clean
resellable condition.
4. No credit will be given for material that is
returned scratched or dirty.
5. No credit will be given for material that is cut or
special order.
6. No returns after 30 days. |
