Claims for shortages are to be filed directly with the carrier.  NO returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written consent.  All approved returns must be in original cartons and subject to the following:  (a)  All returns must be authorized and have an RGA number.  (b)  Authorized returns are accepted on a pre-paid basis.  (c) Please pack  all returns well to avoid  further damage. (d) Returns should be made via UPS, if possible.  (e) All damage must be reported within 10 days.  (f)  All non-damaged returns are subject to a 30% restocking and return fee.  (G)  Please note:  Minimum $10.00 Return Fee

Special Lite Products are cast aluminum.  The mailboxes feature extra thick walls with a "rust proof" hinge and magnetic catch.  Rust proof construction  with a Powder Coated finish make the products maintenance free! Designs are deeply cut. Mailbox Posts are also rust-proof cast aluminum.  The Direct Burial line is provided with an 18" burial section. Surface Mount posts are provided with mounting hardware to attach to an existing concrete pad. All lights are hand crafted with delicate sculptures. All fixtures are UL listed.

We deliver most items by UPS, larger quantities must be shipped by other carriers. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a specific date or time of day. You will receive a call from the carrier of your delivery date... this does not apply to UPS delivery though. The customer or their representative must inspect all materials upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported and written, at the time you sign for your delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect and report this immediately. Any damage reported after delivery must be reported to the carrier. They will then in turn need to inspect the damage. After inspection, a claim must be filed with the carrier. All material will be shipped in good condition from us. It is the customers responsibility to unload the truck... although this does not apply to UPS deliveries. The driver is only required to move the load to the trucks tailgate. Delivery is driveway only. All deliveries made by common carrier will add a $95.00 up to $150.00 charge to deliver to a residential neighborhood... this will be added to your final bill. A lift-gate is used when applicable with your delivery.  The customer is initially contacted for delivery schedule, whenever possible.  Any material returned must have prior authorization from Austintown Fence Company. Any material approved for returns, will be the customers expense for shipping charges back to us. All items must be returned in good condition and in the original container. Before a credit is issued, all material must be inspected, before a refund is issued. Please make sure your full name, address and phone number is included. Austintown Fence does not ship C.O.D... and all returns must be approved in advance. No custom orders are returnable. No shipping charges are refundable. There is a 35% restocking fee. All orders must be prepaid. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover, and American Express. Orders are secure. You will be quoted a total price with shipping charges. Check specific manufacturers on requirements for free shipping.  All residential deliveries, that require a lift-gate truck, are charged a Drop-Fee, imposed by the common carrier. However, there are two available ways to "waive" the Drop-Fees. They are as follows: 1. If your product is delivered to a business address, with an available fork-lift to off-load the material. It would be the customer's responsibility to unload the truck. The driver is not authorized to do this. 2. The customer has the option to pickup their order at their local terminal. Again, it is the customers responsibility to load your own order. . Delivery on all other orders are based on weight and destination. Orders cancelled after 48 hrs. are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
