seven feet
tall with a 10 1⁄2” base and the 508 Tri-Light
is an impressive 9’ 6” with a 12” wide base.
Both post and fixtures are cast aluminum.
The stately Glenn Aire
(left) will command

clean lines will complement any style of
architecture and provide a strong accent

The TRI-506 measures
in at 7’ tall and the TRI-508
is 9’ 6” and both are made of
cast aluminum.

Both the Chesapeake and the
Vista
Tri-Lights come complete with a cast aluminum powder coated
post and base. These units are pre wired with standard
sockets. The 10 1⁄4” wide base includes anchor bolts and a
template. The Chesapeake includes Plain
Beveled glass and the Vista comes with
Crackled Glass Globes.
These elegant post lights coordinate perfectly with the
Chesapeake or Vista house mounted
fixtures to bring a complementary look to any home. Both 506
Tri-Light are 7’ high and the Chesapeake
Tri-508 is 9’ 3”.

Tri-light to meet the demand. The simple curves and embossed lid
allows the Astor to fit a wide range of decors.
The Tri-506 unit stands 7’ 3” high with a 10 1/2” base and the

The Abington Tri-Light is a
beautiful cast aluminum pole light. The three English style
aluminum light fixtures display alabaster like glass lids
and leaded stained glass panels. The Abington
style reminds one of a Charles Dickens village. The
alabaster-like glass lid and leaded stained glass emit a
beautiful warm glow. This Tri-Light will welcome guests and

We
deliver most items by UPS, larger quantities must be shipped by
other carriers. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a specific
date or time of day. You will receive a call from the carrier
of your delivery date... this does not apply to UPS delivery though.
The customer or their representative must inspect all materials
upon delivery.
Any damages or shortages
must be reported and written, at the time you sign for your delivery.
It is your responsibility to inspect and report this immediately.
Any damage reported after delivery must be reported to the carrier.
They will then in turn need to inspect the damage. After inspection,
a claim must be filed with the carrier. All material will be shipped
in good condition from us.
It is the customers
responsibility to unload the truck... although this does not apply
to UPS deliveries. The driver is only required to move the load
to the trucks tailgate. Delivery is driveway only. All deliveries
made by common carrier will add a $95.00 up to $150.00 charge
to deliver to a residential neighborhood... this will be added
to your final bill. A lift-gate is used when applicable with
your delivery. The customer is initially contacted for
delivery schedule, whenever possible.
Any material returned must have prior authorization from
Austintown Fence Company. Any material approved for returns,
will be the customers expense for shipping charges back to us.
All items must be returned in good condition and in the original
container. Before a credit is issued, all material must be inspected,
before a refund is issued. Please make sure your full name, address
and phone number is included.
Austintown Fence
does not ship C.O.D... and all returns must be approved in advance.
No custom orders are returnable. No shipping charges are refundable.
There is a 35% restocking fee. All orders must be prepaid. We
accept Master Card, Visa and Discover, and American Express. Orders are secure. You
will be quoted a total price with shipping charges. Check
specific manufacturers on requirements for free shipping. All residential deliveries, that require a
lift-gate truck, are charged a Drop-Fee, imposed by the common
carrier. However, there are two available ways to "waive" the
Drop-Fees. They are as follows: 1. If your product is delivered
to a business address, with an available fork-lift to off-load
the material. It would be the customer's responsibility to unload
the truck. The driver is not authorized to do this. 2. The customer
has the option to pickup their order at their local terminal.
Again, it is the customers responsibility to load your own order.
. Delivery on all other orders are based
on weight and destination.
Orders cancelled after
48 hrs. are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. |

for our e-commerce to ensure the most secure way to shop.*
Your credit card number is only sent via secure encrypted

Shipping
Policy
All
BUFFTECH & JERITH orders are subject to a handling fee.
This is applied only for freight deliveries to residential
addresses. Business addresses, and UPS deliveries are exempt.
This is subject to sales being delivered common carrier (residential
addresses only), regardless of dollar amount. This charge is
also applied for orders that qualify for free shipping, BUFFTECH & JERITH
orders only.
UPS and Fedex will not deliver to a P.O. box address.
UPS and Fedex deliveries do not require the home owner to be
present, or to get a signature before delivering. Any
product returned requires prior authorization from AFC.
No COD's will be accepted . Shipping will be at customer's
expense. Before any credit is issued, an inspection of
the product will be conducted. Order must be received
in orginial package. No items will be accepted past 30 days
of receipt.

To our valued customers:
We at Austintown Fence and our customers rely heavily on carrier
services. These carriers are much needed and very appreciated,
although sometimes bumps and bangs can happen. To ensure quality
delivery, it is necessary that your count of boxes matches the
bill of lading. If there are any shortages, it is imperative
that this is noted on the paperwork that you are signing for,
with the delivery company.
Check all boxes for damage and sign accordingly. If you can't
check everything inside, sign "subject to interior inspection".
Make sure you keep a copy of this receipt, if a claim has to
be made. If there is any damage or shortages delivered through
common carrier, the claim needs to be made to the trucking company.
Customers are responsible for filing claims with common carriers.
Please do not instruct the carrier to return shipments, or customer
will be subject to freight charges and restocking fees. This
will not be credited back. All products will leave our
location in good condition.
Make all claims promptly. All damages must be declared within
10 days.
Please note: The following is not included in the ExpressShip program: 4" gate posts, 72" wide gates, Accent or Estate Gates, Ball Caps, and Flexible Wall Mounts. If any of these items are included with your order, this will make your order ineligible under the ExpressShip program.
